We collect only what we need to grade and deliver your audit. No advertising trackers, no data sales — ever. Here's exactly what we do.

What we collect
We collect the minimum amount of information required to deliver an audit and run the business. Specifically:
- Email address — only when you buy a paid report or contact us. Free audits do not require an email.
- URLs you submit — the website or social profile address you ask us to grade.
- Payment information — handled entirely by Stripe. We never see or store credit card numbers.
- IP address — used to enforce rate limits on the free tier and to prevent abuse.
How we use it
- Generate the audit report you requested.
- Email paid reports to the address you provided at checkout.
- Prevent abuse of the free tier (3 audits per IP per hour).
- Reply to support requests when you email us.
Third parties we use
We rely on a small number of vendors to operate the service. Each one is GDPR-compliant and only receives the data it needs to do its job.
- Stripe — payment processing. Sees your payment details, never us.
- Anthropic — AI analysis. The URL you submit is sent to the Claude API to generate your audit. No personal information is included.
- Resend — transactional email delivery for paid reports and account messages.
- Supabase — database hosting for audit records and metadata.
- Cloudflare — DNS, CDN, and DDoS protection.
- Vercel — application hosting and serverless functions.
Your rights (GDPR / CCPA)
If you live in the EU, UK, or California, you have specific rights over your personal data. We honor these rights for everyone, regardless of where you live.
- Access — request a copy of the data we hold about you.
- Correction — ask us to fix anything that is wrong.
- Deletion — ask us to erase your data entirely.
- Portability — receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format.
- Objection — opt out of any specific use of your data.
How to exercise your rights
Email hello@gradedigital.io with your request. We will respond within 30 days. There is no cost to make a request.
Data retention
Audit data is stored for 1 year and then automatically deleted. Payment records are kept longer where required by tax and accounting law (typically 7 years). You can request earlier deletion of your audit data at any time by emailing us.
Children
SEOGrade.ai is not intended for users under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has submitted personal data to us, please email hello@gradedigital.io and we will delete it immediately.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the 'Last updated' date at the top of this page. Continued use of SEOGrade.ai after a change means you accept the updated policy.
