Paid reports
Every paid SEOGrade.ai report comes with a 30-day money-back guarantee. No questions asked. No friction.
If the report did not meet your expectations for any reason, email hello@gradedigital.io with your order number within 30 days of purchase and we will refund you in full. We will not ask why, and we will not try to talk you out of it.
Consulting services (Fix My …)
Our 'Fix My' engagements run on a 50/50 deposit-and-delivery structure:
- A 50% deposit is required to start work and reserve your slot in our schedule.
- You may cancel for a full refund up to 48 hours before work is scheduled to begin.
- Once work has started, the deposit is non-refundable — we will already have allocated senior operator time to your engagement.
- The remaining 50% is invoiced and due on delivery. If the deliverable does not meet the scope agreed in writing, we will fix it on us before invoicing.
Enterprise and white-label
Enterprise ($499/month) and white-label ($299–$599/month) plans are billed monthly.
- Cancel any time with 30 days written notice.
- If you cancel mid-month, we issue a pro-rated refund for the unused portion of the current billing period.
- No long-term contract or termination fee.
How to request a refund
Email hello@gradedigital.io with the following:
- Your order number (from the receipt email).
- The email address used at checkout.
- A short note (optional — only if you want to share what didn't work for us to learn from).
Processing time
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days and returned to your original payment method via Stripe. Depending on your bank, it can take an additional 3–5 business days to appear on your statement.
Exceptions
We reserve the right to deny refund requests in cases of clear abuse — for example, repeatedly purchasing reports and requesting refunds, or attempting to use a refunded report after the refund has been issued. These cases are extremely rare; we trust our customers by default.
