The service
SEOGrade.ai is an AI-powered website and social media audit tool operated by Grade Digital Inc., a Delaware C-Corporation. By using the service you agree to these terms.
Accounts
You do not need an account to run a free audit. To purchase a paid report, you provide an email address at checkout — we use it to deliver your report and reach you about the order. We do not currently offer user-managed accounts.
Acceptable use
Use the service in good faith. To keep things fair for everyone:
- Free audits are limited to 3 per IP per hour. Do not attempt to bypass this limit.
- Do not scrape, mirror, or programmatically harvest content or audit results.
- Do not resell paid reports or repackage them as your own product without written permission.
- Do not use the service to harm, defame, or invade the privacy of any person or business.
- Do not submit URLs you do not have the right to have analyzed.
Intellectual property
When you buy a paid report, you own the report and may use its findings, recommendations, and code snippets freely for your own purposes — including in client deliverables on the Agency tier.
Our methodology, prompts, scoring rubrics, software, and the SEOGrade.ai brand remain the proprietary property of Grade Digital Inc. You may not reverse-engineer, replicate, or relicense these materials.
Accuracy and disclaimers
Audits are AI-generated analysis, not professional legal, financial, or marketing advice. We do not guarantee improvements in search rankings, traffic, conversions, or any other business outcome.
Findings should be treated as informed guidance, not guarantees. Search engines, social platforms, and AI systems change constantly — what is true at the moment of an audit may shift over time.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from your use of SEOGrade.ai is limited to the amount you paid for the specific report or service that gave rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages, lost profits, or lost data.
Consulting services
Our 'Fix My' consulting engagements (Fix My Site, Fix My Social, Fix My GEO, Fix My pSEO, Fix My Local, Fix My AI Visibility) are governed by a separate consulting agreement that we send before any work begins. These terms cover the audit tool only.
Modifications to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the 'Last updated' date at the top of this page. Your continued use of SEOGrade.ai after a change means you accept the updated terms. If you disagree, stop using the service.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
